This story centres around the character Chloe Davis. When she was twelve, six teenage girls around her town went missing. And her father was convicted of the crime.
Twenty years later, she is still grappling with the trauma of it all. She is now a psychiatrist and is soon to be married to her fiancé. But suddenly, a local teenage girl goes missing, and then another. The similarities to the crime from twenty years ago bewilder her.
Her father is still in prison, so is it a copycat killer, or was the killer someone else all along? Is the killer someone she is close with once again?
This thriller answers those questions through twists and turns. The writing style is engaging, and the pacing of the story is perfect for a mystery thriller. The plot twists are unpredictable, and they keep the reader guessing till the very last. An entertaining read, for sure.
